Susan Competes in Her First Triathalon- Finishes FIRST!!!

Defying the skeptics and naysayers, a 53-year old woman today ran in her first triathalon and finished first...in her division. She easily defeated her opponents...err...opponent on a fall-like day at Hagg Lake outside Portland. Said the victorious Susan Ristau upon completing her first "Tri" in first, "I going home to kick my husband's ass!"
For more on this impressive lady and her equally impressive feat go to http://picasaweb.google.com/stephenristau/ScogginValleySusanSFirstTriathalon.
Congratulations, Susan. On to Kona...

Way to go. Today I showered (1 miles swim), biked to work (2 miles = 100 miles) and then walked to the fridge to make dinner with a little extra sping in my step (marathon run). We are practically in the same shape. You are very inspirational. Way to go! I can't wait to slap you silly.
